Re: The US Hamster Wheel
My thoughts are, since losing big-time at the Mid-Terms Big Donald is starting to lose his enthusiasm for this whole US President thing. I think we'll see less and less of him from now on.

Re: The US Hamster Wheel
Is the yellow colour of POTUS's face natural, sun lamp, or dye ? Anyone know ?
Re: The US Hamster Wheel
I understand it to be a side affect of his old bone spur condition.

Re: The US Hamster Wheel
People in many parts of the country have no care what Trump looks like or what CNN think of him.
The media are just pissed that there was no "blue wave" so they resort to playground games by picking on what people ,that they dont like, look like.
Look no further than Pete Davidson's remarks on SNL about Dan Crenshaw-although Davidson and SNL have tucked their tails between their legs and eaten humble pie they cannot walk back the bitterness that the media shows on a daily basis to any GOP representative.

I can understand the need to keep the bone spurs dry, though. Let's not be too hard on the leader of the free world. I guess we just have to hope it isn't raining if there is a war.

Caco, my thoughts exactly, although I would have expected the good old USA to provide their president with waterproof face colouring. After all, they invented Cheeze Whiz which has a similar hue.

I suspect that there would be quite a few servicemen who'd willingly give him some welly.

Re: The US Hamster Wheel
It wasn't President Trump, but the US Secret Service and military that made the call that kept him from the cemetery. Isn't it interesting how the worst interpretations against President Trump are seized upon to discredit him immediately? He's really not so bad as you think, if you would ever give it some thought.
Re: The US Hamster Wheel
And he had no say in the matter, Ben ? Really. He could have just signed an Executive Order to have the rain stop, or have the cemetery moved closer.

I'm with Ben on this one-There is a reason why Trump did not go here as planned, as every movement he makes is.

Re: The US Hamster Wheel
Here's what actually happened. The picture of Justin Trudeau standing in the rain that's being used as a comparison to Trump isn't even from 2018. It's a pic taken in Ottawa last year at a ceremony that remembers the Canadian raid on Dieppe in 1942. The MSN tripped over their foreskins once again in an attempt to discredit Trump.

They shouldn't really as he does so we'll all by himself! The reason he didn't make it is because he is a slack, self-indulgent bag of *****!Stoneboat wrote: ↑Tue Nov 13, 2018 3:39 amHere's what actually happened. Slasher, I don't often disagree with you, but I think your characterization 'bag of sh!t though he be as a man' isn't a fair assessment of him.
He didn't have to seek the office. He had more money than he could possibly spend, the finest penthouse in Manhattan, a marvelous and beautiful wife, a prosperous business empire, a fine family - what more is there? He saw major problems in the US and decided to try to do something about it because he loves America.
As to the current controversy, I honestly think he would happily stand in the rain to honor and pay respects to soldiers and law enforcement heroes. If you've watched him through the first two years of his presidency, his heart is obviously strongly with them, which is a big part of his appeal to me, a refreshing about face from our last president.
