OFSO, sadly a number of hit and crash drivers then run away when the accident was simply careless driving or similar.

For info: The Barcelona 12 seem to have been camped out in an abandoned restaurant where they were making their infernal machines.

Big scandal erupted here. It's been discovered (whistleblower) that recent security warnings received in Madrid were not passed to the Catalan police (Mossas d'Esquadra) and that one of the warnings concerned a planned attack on the Ramblas in Barcelona.
