A bribe paid to Mugabe? Surely not! His 146 was, my colleagues informed me at the time, the most expensive of its type they ever sold.
Funnily enough, his name came up in a conversation I was having with some friends at the Moth fly-in at Old Warden on Saturday. Could it be that he is undead?

With several years' worth of Zimbabwean GDP nestling in a bank in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein, no doubt!TheGreenGoblin wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 9:26 amHis sons certainly are living the high life in Johannesburg, multiple supcars etc. etc. Stolen money, bribes, kleptocracy! Re: Mugabe
I heard this on the radio this morning, as it resulted in people being released from Mugabe's custody on trumped up charges it sounded more like a ransom than a bribe.
