Pilots just work the knobs and levers, Engineers deal with the reality behind the dashboard and cowlings. But the Grunts still deny it.
Geez yes pilots are real dumb! I have no idea who those 11,000 scientists are. Are they they part of the oft quoted um...97% the Green whackos keep blabbering on about? I wouldn’t know. Pilots are incapable in the pragmatic use of the Scientific method for research and investigation so therefore can’t separate hard fact from ‘popular media’ emotional BS with its underlying ulterior motives.- More money for poorer countries
- Greater transparency, so richer countries can check what the rest are doing.
- Greater ambition – quicker, deeper cuts in emissions now from the richer countries.
My experience is that's where the easy money is if you get the right gig. Thriving off of GW takes a bit of artistry and a good line of BS to convince the masses they're in a non-existent crisis, then take their money.Pilots just work the knobs and levers
Yeabut, meteorologists understand that the weather is driven by the effects of heat on the atmosphere. An increase in heat does not make for balmy winters in Michigan, quite the contrary as more heat means weather will be more active and violent.
Precisely what happens here, RiS. There are vast tracts of land earmarked as "National Park" which was essentially "crown land". ie: belonged to no one. None of it is ever "managed" in any way. It's just virgin bush.Rwy in Sight wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 6:49 amYou don't touch them and they are beautiful until a fire starts and then the destruction is huge.
