After a larger drop Monday, or was it an adjustment yesterday? Hopefully the latter which will pull the 3 day average below 20,000.

OFSO, if our numbers don't increase France could surpass UK in 3-4 days, you can see why they are worried. In contrast other EU countries don't seem as bad.

I see Macron as that soldier on the battlements saying "I fart in your general direction".

Jean Castex, French Prime Minister, is addressing the people of France right now. Expecting to reach infection rate of 400/100000 very shortly in some areas. Infection rate increasing. Implementing stronger measures for next four weeks. Very emotional. Expansive gestures. Eyes whirling like Catherine wheels. Talking how bad everywhere is. "It's the British variant. We remain pragmatic. We are doing better than our neighbours". Ranting on and on. "Essential shops only to remain open including shops selling records and books." (sic). Lost his theme several times. " Can go for a walk provide you stay within ten kms of your home. No partying in large numbers unless you wear a mask (sic). Stay away from the cafeteria at work unless you have to go there. Think about wearing a mask if you share a car on the way to work. Schools will stay open unless they don't." (I'm typing on my phone as he speaks).

One wishes that all these idiots (wherever they come from) realize that beggar your neighbour will not work with this thing....

The speech the French PM made has just been dissected and denounced by a French epidemiology doctor. Measures too week, too fragmented across regions of France and without logic. For example the new curfew will start at 19:00, an hour later than the present 18:00. Are record stores (do they still exist) and bookshops essential?

Cases down today but still well over 30,000 and deaths up too. At this rate they will exceed the UK total case number much sooner than I predicted. 4 days or less.

Let it be said that our PM's are fixated on navigation and Samuel Taylor Coleridge poems... ;)))

TGG, just to point that their organisation is tragically inefficient.

Attaboy!
"Like fiends embattled by a wizard's wand,
The Monarchs marched in evil day,
And Britain joined the dire array;
Though dear her shores and circling ocean,
Though many friendships, many youthful loves
Had swoln the patriot emotion (Yes, this could be "my cock is bigger than yours")
And flung a magic light o'er all her hills and groves" (I see where you are coming from) "it is on fire")

BREXIT!!!

PS Do you mean "What organisation"?
