I will agree with the Thailand ranking - but only for Bangkok and certain parts of Southern Thailand. Up north it's far less corrupt as rural people have far more character and dignity not to mention a stronger Buddhist attitude. I would estimate say, assuming those rankings are accurate (which I doubt), is on par with UAE (23).

If the UK fails to evade the EU Financial Transparency Rules which take effect on 2019-04-01 (by coincidence, pretty close to 2019-03-29), it will be moving to a slot much closer to Russia.

South Africa comming in ahead of China,India,Brazil and Russia ,on the corruption chart ,is quite a stretch.

The remainder of BRICS countries all sit in the lower half of the table.
