UPDATE: It would appear from 'other sources' that the well-known stunningly performing Serco has the contract, under the control of Dido Harding, a 'favourite' of Bojo' (don't ask...). Yes, the same 'Serco' that has the 10 year contract for 'housing' all our boat day-trippers in hotels.
SERCO took over the refuse collection service for the Royal Borough just as the beer virus struck, first thing they did was put everyone on a bi-weekly collection “due to the lockdown “, while this was ongoing they replanned all the routes for when they couldn’t use that excuse any longer. End of August weekly collection relaunched and since then it’s an absolute lottery which day your bins are emptied and the council have apologised for the chaos.
When all else fails, read the instructions.

Obviously given the job due to his expertise in the ferry industry X( X( X(
Ex-Transport Secretary Chris Grayling has landed a £100,000 job advising the owner of some of the UK's top ports.
The Conservative MP is working for Hutchison Ports, which operates Harwich and Felixstowe among other terminals.
According to the MPs' register of financial interests, he will be paid for seven hours work a week for a year.
When all else fails, read the instructions.

His idiotic manoeuvre cost the taxpayer well over £56M, much of which went to his new employer.

Officially, that's not Corruption.

At least they are ports and don't actually operate ships.

Wonder if Greydung knows what the pointy end of a ship is called?

...and this morning another Hancooks Half Hour on the Andrew Marr joke of a show. Made me so mad I had to go outside with the secataurs to behead some flowers.....utter drivel from the pair of them.

I think £2.8 bill is a significant increase?

The man is intellectually clearly not able to fly anything, but some of the numpties here believe otherwise (look how I destroy ops-normal by my arrogance and love of the truth)...

Just been talking with friends in UK.
Bojo and Co do not have the majority of the people behind them. In fact they want them out.
The consencus is they and their so called science advisors, don't know what they are doing: are making statistics and graphs up, to read what they want: making a complete Horlix of the whole governement of the UK.

No better than Greyling was at running a railway and awarding shipping contracts to firms with no ships.

Our lunchtime table consisted of people from four EU nations. No confidence in any leaders from anywhere. And no leadership from the EU of course. Quarantine in UK: 14 days. Spain: 10 days. France: 7 days. Can't all be correct...

Ibbie sez: “No better than Greyling was at running a railway and awarding shipping contracts to firms with no ships.”

https://www.kentonline.co.uk/thanet/new ... st-234282/

How and/or why do we, the electorate, allow such expensive stupidity to flourish in the once green and peasant land?

Aaw sh1te, I’ve just answered my own question...!

Next to go bankrupt will be UK plc, unless it’s there’s already. There are rumours that Dishy Rishi is falling out with BoJo over his subservience to the mad scientists taking precedence over what’s left of the economy.

OFSO, you don’t understand that there is a French Covid, a Spanish Covid, an English Covid, a Welsh Covid, a Jock Covid, a NornIron Covid and maybe even a Chinese Covid for all we know.

I bet that Professor Pantsdown really knows the secret but he’s still working on his lockdown all go rhythm software (snigger snigger) if you get my meaning? =))

The Croydon police obviously did a thorough search of the 'detained' before arriving at the Centre!! Possibly a sad but 'self-inflicted' death?

(Enoch is dead??!!! When did that happen??!! We should be told)

The extraordinary thing about these idiotic people is that they all fail upwards, take Dido (more like dodo) Harding. Makes a complex Horlicks of her job at Talk Talk and is appointed as a Member of the House of Lords by David Cameron in 2014. She also holds a board position at the Jockey Club, which is responsible for several major horse-racing events including the Cheltenham Festival and was one of the events that contributed to the acceleration of first outbreak of the lurgy this year and then...
In May 2020, Harding was appointed by Health Secretary Matt Hancock to head NHS Test and Trace, established to track and help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in England. In August 2020, after it was announced Public Health England was to be abolished, Harding was appointed interim chair of the new National Institute for Health Protection, an appointment that was criticised by health experts as she did not have a background in healthcare.
She has no credentials in this specialist field at all and by golly it shows...

We are being led by self entitled, inept cretins...

Dildo Harding

No doubt we can expect howls of anguish from certain quarters about suspects not being safe whilst in police custody.

TGG,
serving as chairwoman of NHS Improvement since 2017,
You missed this in your source, seems a perfect fit given the improvement since 2017.

Is it at all possible that Ms Harding has changed the spelling of her surname in a desperate attempt to distract from her defining quality?

dodo, noun, definition-https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dicti ... glish/dodo

Although if she stays with the original spelling then the definition of dido is also not particularly complimentary;

dido, meaning- “an antic; prank; trick”.

Are these folk real or are we previewing the new series of ‘Spitting Image’, apparently to be screened in UK next month and possibly available via other meeja to our far-flung colleagues? =))
