So, Boris is making a Jeremy Hunt of himself....
Re: This is a poll. Who will be UK's next PM?
The neighbour said they recorded the altercation from inside their flat out of concern for Symonds. On the recording, heard by the Guardian, Johnson can be heard refusing to leave the flat and telling Symonds to “get off my **** laptop” before there is a loud crashing noise.
Symonds is heard saying Johnson had ruined a sofa with red wine: “You just don’t care for anything because you’re spoilt. You have no care for money or anything.”
The neighbour said: “There was a smashing sound of what sounded like plates. There was a couple of very loud screams that I’m certain were Carrie and she was shouting to ‘get out’ a lot. She was saying ‘get out of my flat’ and he was saying no. And then there was silence after the screaming. My partner, who was in bed half asleep, had heard a loud bang and the house shook.”
From the Guardian this morning.
My guess is that Boris will be under immense media pressure over the next few weeks, if he does come out of the broom cupboard and actually do interviews and explain his plans, will he survive it? we can only hope not, he really is not to be trusted with the Country.

No problem with drink if you can hold it like a gentleman. Boris can't, no surprise there. Should automatically disqualify him from becoming PM. (As well as everything else).

A lot of folk think the only person that can stop Boris, is Boris.
He's not wasted any time in getting started on that...

Re: This is a poll. Who will be UK's next PM?
I rather like Max Hastings advice to Boris: "Lock up yer willy".
His minders have done a pretty good job of keeping that duct tape on his gob and restricting his public appearances strictly to reciting the script written for him, but his problem now is that one of those minders is/was the bint he's shacked up with in a flat which clearly has very thin walls. Private Eye will no doubt soon have a tape recording of his every grunt and utterance and it's likely to be a lot more damaging for Boris than arranging to have a journalist duffed up for his crook buddy and fellow Buller Darius Guppy.
The way he's headed now, it looks like we might have another May-like Remainer in charge if HuntTheCunt can keep his nose clean. That will be disastrous for Britain and even worse for the Tory party.

Don’t know how this came into the public domain, but it’s pretty damning.

However, one has to ask, who are the neighbours?
Are they climate change protestors, Corbynistas and/or Hunt supporters and how much have they been paid?
How come they had the recording equipment so readily to hand?
Seems a little bit odd and smelly in many ways, especially the timing.

Well, what a surprise - the Remain team are attacking Johnson. I note Project Fear has ramped up a notch also.
It's the same as Trump v Hillary - is BJ a jerk with a poor grasp of quite a lot who can barely control himself? Yes. Is his opponent part of a more slick operation with the establishment and MSM cheerleading? Yes.
But...
Is BJ going in the direction the majority want, and the others headed the opposite way? Yes
It's a very poor choice again, and most of the people on this forum, and indeed at least 5% of the general population, could do a better job as leader, but that's not the choice available.
Kindly remember just how many people don't read the media these days.
https://www.pressgazette.co.uk/national ... ion-drops/
..and remember that the MSM keep inventing new ways to pretend they're not failing. The Guardian apparently has something called a monthly "reach" of 24.9 million, which in their little bubble means the number of people who agree with them, because it feels a whole lot better than '99.8% of people in the UK don't buy The Guardian'.

Record off the phone. It's instant. No 'recording apparat' necessary. Do it all the time with interesting diners on next table !
Re: This is a poll. Who will be UK's next PM?
Parallel there with Trump/Clinton I suppose.
Given what was available, I'm least unhappy with Boris Johnson, although my first choice would have been the now eliminated Dominic Raab.

Re: This is a poll. Who will be UK's next PM?
As you said when you started this thing, it's about who will be PM, not who we would like to be PM. I would like the PM for the UK to be...Cliff Spink. Best leader I've ever met, and a decent bloke to boot. He doesn't want to do it, but I suspect he would if enough people asked. Which ought to be the criteria for picking any leader.

Re: This is a poll. Who will be UK's next PM?
I would like the next PM to be Dolly Parton. Loads of common sense, sticks up for her people and still good to look at. Could charm the buggers in Brussels with a song. "British Islands in the stream...."

It’s gits like our very own Mancunian lefty that keeps quoting that pointless waste of forest products that allows them to claim “reach”. Every time he does it (which is every feckin post) the Guardian claim the number of members on here multiplied by 45 to take account of our extended families multiplied by 10 to take account of their friends. It wouldnt surprise me to find that 24,000,000 of their “reach” is accounted for by this site.

One million and one better things to do with wood than print the Guardian.
