Apparently a clutch of EU nations got together to request H M B be stripped of his EU pension but no info as to what ensued.

Whatever the merit/morality/ethics/legality of the case, I don't see how you can remove a pension which he has contributed to, most of the co-ordinated organisations have pension schemes which staff members pay in to, with NATO it was about 9% of gross salary.

Well IMHO Emmerdale has too many non-whites in the cast and the BBC also has too many presenters of Asian origin in relation to the UK population and not enough African ones.

The simple explanation might be that most Asians are well-educated and can read and speak coherently, most Africans are not, and their lips would get caught up in the auto-cue.
