The Scottish 'Scientific man's ' delivery today again excellent with his coverage of the local lockdowns there. I had to turn Boris off eventually as I could take no more.

For a reason I watched with the sound off and subtitles on and I formed the opinion that he 'said' very little - and repeated it several times.
