#575 - All very true UP, but we have Boris our side of the border and you have the Amazing Nicola.

Madness is not confined to the UK. According to today's FT, the Coalition which is about to take over Germany plans to lower the voting age to 16, legalise cannabis, ban CCTV cameras from cities, make immigration and obtaining residence/citizenship easy, and homosexuality compulsory. Well, no, I made the last one up, QueerGrün, a party represented in the Bundestag, have not got round to that yet.

Unified? Doctors saying in future we'll all have to have a vaccination every 12 months but the EU (i.e.France) saying vaccinations will expire after 9 months. I'm thinking of booking an RIB to cross the Channel in two weeks time. That's the only way we can get a booster shot in E, F or the UK.

Buy your own RIB and invite 20 or 30 of your closest "friends" along to chip in and defray the cost of the crossing. ;)))

Yep, we've all got "friends" like you lot. Snipe from the sidelines and never get involved. Bit pathetic really.
We never get involved so if you find yourselves up to your neck in it we will stay well away, like we always do.
That’s fine as long as you also shut the **** up with your unwanted “advice”.

And they are welcome to leave and apply to legally move elsewhere. Or they could fight to build a better country for their children.
There is no need for them to fight to build their country as you and your pathetic mates were there for 20 years to do just that or did that not turn out so well?

Another non-victory for the forces of peace and democracy.
Correct, it turned out to be a ***** show. But that is now over so the people could actually fight to make their country into the place it should be. Or are they just going to play the victim forever?

Nick, you might note the majority of people coming on to the beaches are young, fit men who one might assume would be capable of fighting for their country.

Perhaps they are 😟

Same locus. Different winners.

One of the deaths in the recent Channel drowning, who has received some publicity, seems to be a fairly well-heeled ?wife? of a UK resident migrant, so it cannot reasonably be said that she was 'fleeing persecution' or poverty.

UK resident certainly but not sure if he was legal and she was only a fiancé if it's the same one. She had a visa for Italy having flown in fro Turkey.
If he was legal he could have flown to Italy and married her.

A bloody tragedy.

One among so many others, past and present and future.

We must stop this stuff from happening.

We need to put Royal Marines with pick-axe handles on the beaches of ffrance to whack the buggers about the head.

That simple.

Invoke Article 5 of the NATO thingy if necessary, but do it anyway.

I am surprised they organized so fast and they were accepted so fast back into the country: it takes ages to organize a deportation from any EU country.

Large men with pickaxe handles can be very persuasive.

Royal Marines, and/or Paras, could do dat ting.

It's way past time that we stop dicking around. Use brutal force if necessary, then it won't be necessary.

In the longer term, it will prevent the otherwise inevitable tragedies of boatloads of criminals paying the ultimate price for their crimes.

It's not being cruel to be kind. It's preventing crime and saving lives.
