I do wonder how anyone can fall for any of these : "The government will pay for free X, Y, and Z."
It's not the government, it's the taxpayer, and we all know who pays the most tax, the very ones from whom Gippo Corbyn and his filthy rabble want to wrest their wealth.

Might have been funny if the Tories had actually said that there is no need for everybody to have broadband. But they didn't, just another leftie luvvy making things up.

Much as we might find Boris Johnson most unappetising I'm afraid that he is the only game in town, which is rather depressing. I listened to Iain Dale interview Ms Swinson today, other than revoking article 50 she appears to have no plans, policies, ideas or objectives, yet people apparently will still vote for her.
Brexit seems to have broken the country and laid bare the sorry state of our politicians, none of them tell the truth, have the remotest ideas of leadership or any idea of what to do next other than try to bribe us with sweets. Absolute tossers.

My local Tory MP hasn't got off his fat arse to do any campaigning so far, the only spark of enthusiasm was shown by TBP candidate and now he has been withdrawn, I would relish the opportunity to use my front door step to enlighten parliamentary candidates on my views, but it looks like I am being denied this particular solace.

The Tories have locked up Rees Mogg in a broom cupboard and Miss Diane has been hidden from sight by the Momentum lot, that about sums up the appalling choices we have, they can't even let us be exposed to their sorry shower of misfits.

Edited to add that the Labour party have now decided to outdo the LibDems in dental bribes, pathetic.

As usual, om15 has summed it up succinctly and coherently. Truly a sorry and sad state of affairs.

I am proud of having voted Brexit, and would do so again should the occasion arise, but I sometimes find myself wondering if wouldn't all be better off if it hadn't happened.

In the Telegraph there was a similar summary, our choice between disaster and catastrophe with the LibDem black hole in the middle. An ardent LibDimmer in TOP is conspicuous by his absence, probably canvassing.

Just watched the debate between Boris and Jezza. Boris won on being interrupted by the presenter more times than Jezza whilst Jezza won it on telling the biggest ever porkie - a "friend" who died after waiting 8 hours in A&E for cancer treatment but managed to make a video of the whole event...and then sent it to Jezza.
It's always my fault - SWMBO

Usual left wing audience and loaded anti Tory questions, Corbyn failed to answer any questions with a straight answer, and Johnson failed to answer any question without referring to Brexit, whole thing was rather a waste of time, I won't be watching the one at 10 o clock with all the loser leaders, that will be even worse no doubt.

You gov poll is 51 for Corbyn, 49 for Johnson.

The poor BBC panel who were subjected to the debate also voted with Waste of Time leading by mile.

"British communists should, if necessary, use every kind of trick, cunning, illegal means, concealment of the truth or prevarication in order to get into and stay in the trades unions. They should learn to support the Labour Party leaders by their votes 'as the rope supports the hanged man.'

Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (22 April 1870 – 21 January 1924), better known by the alias Lenin

I think most politicians count as undead anyway.

Is this an indictable offence?

Will the Council have their collar felt by local PC Plod? Somehow I doubt it.

And so the farce continues without Brian Rix and trouser loss scenes!

BM, that is entirely normal as head of establishment is probably required to submit names and if course 17 year olds are registered everywhere as they will become 18 in the following 12 months.
