East Anglian Air Ambulance has two flight crew on its H145s so presumably Harry was always accompanied by another pilot. The security aspect whilst he was on that job intrigued me as they would have been a bit pushed for space to have a security guy on board as well.

Yes - did they receive some security training I wonder, as I wouldn't have thought it would be difficult to find out the location of the accident - BTW that was Willy the bald eagle, not Harry. :D

Oh dear, how sad. :))

A London court has set down January 11, 2021 for Meghan's lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday's parent company to be finally heard in a London court.

However, in a blow for Meghan, (Master of the Chancery Division Francesca) Kaye ruled the duchess must submit "photos, FaceTime logs and WhatsApp messages" from a six-month period dating from February 10, 2019.

C16 - I'm impressed you can do that even - I'm nodding off after about 5 pages of the current book!

Royal wedding preacher Bishop Michael Curry has said he could 'feel the presence of slaves' in St George's Chapel while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were exchanging their vows.

What sort of visa/residence document does Harry have?

Trump might just cancel it, and kick him out of the US.

I've often felt the presence of African slaves when driving through the fruit orchards around St Pere Pescador, Girona province.

Right now I can find you real live African slaves in actuality if not in name, and Philipinos, and Bangladeshis and Palestinians and Mexicans and a dozen others but nobody seems to care about modern slaves, just the historic ones.

Boing, there is a lot about modern slavery in UK. However some are Asian and African imports but as there masters tend to be African and Arab they don't count. The main ones are East European and Iraq etc.

All companies have to have a modern slavery statement and they are about to make large companies responsible for checking contractors and suppliers.

Car washes are seen as a focus for slavery and money laundering. There is even an app for reporting car washes.

If Trump gets back in I think life for the gruesome twosome will get awkward.

Trump is a royalist but they are not strictly royals any longer so maybe Ginger's visa could have a condition added 'only valid for residence in the State of Alaska'. Please Donald, pretty please! :ymdevil:

He doesn't like anyone who even obliquely accuses him of things like 'hate speech'. :))

Trump hits back!

Neither mentioned Mr Trump or Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, by name. However some, including Trump allies, interpreted their call for people to “reject hate speech” as a veiled dig at the US president.

During a White House briefing for journalists on Wednesday evening the president was asked for his reaction.

Donald Trump has taken a public swipe at Meghan Markle after she and Prince Harry appeared in a US voter registration drive video, saying he was “not a fan” of the Duchess.

The US president also appeared to make a joke about the pair’s relationship, saying that Prince Harry was going to need “a lot of luck” going forward.

Methinks Harry is walking on thin ice publicly expressing his views on the American elections - he obviously failed to pay attention to the diplomacy and tact lessons he will have been given when he was a youngster. Folk in this country would get a bit shirty if some Johnny Foreigner started telling them to vote in a forthcoming election.

Hugo Vickers, royal biographer, sums it up well:

“The golden rule for the Royal family is that they do not trespass into politics, and most particularly not into party politics,” says Hugo Vickers, the biographer of the Queen Mother and the Duchess of Windsor, who gives regular lectures on the royal family in New York, Lexington and Palm Beach. “I wish Prince Harry would cease to be a mouthpiece for his wife.”

“If the Democrats get in, America will go completely woke,” says Hugo Vickers. “She can make all the woke speeches she likes while he looks after Archie – he’s gone from being Captain General of the Royal Marines to a childminder in two easy moves.

“It’s all been totally calculated by her. She now has the global recognition she wanted.”

In the end, Americans will just ignore Prince Harry, particularly if he’s loafing around, dressed in a T-shirt and beanie hat. They like him in full-dress military uniform – but, even then, only to look at him, not to listen to anything the self-confessed non-intellectual might have to say about politics.

I'm not anti-Royal, but I can see why those who are complain about funding these fannies.
