It's the new nickname for Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, alluding to his 'Ad man' past. I think it is hysterical myself, he freaking hates it & has fobbed it off to Labor being 'Snarky'. But failing to understand it was the Nations satirists that coined the phrase, not Labor at all.
On an evening radio program I often listen to there is a panel of advertising / PR people. Tonight they were united in the idea that that level of ridicule is very insilting indeed to someone in , or once within the industry.

Personally I find his deep involvement in evangelical tax cheats such as 'Hillsong' to be far more troubling...but that's just me.
