Re: Andrew to the Tower?
Though this item doesn't bring new news about Andrew, it does show that the corrupt Met will not investigate anything which might embarrass him, even if the locus and focus of his shagging a trafficked and imported minor was actually in London.

UP, remember she was legal here. The offence would have been State side crossing a State boundary vide the Mann Act.

Re: Andrew to the Tower?
I don't think that trafficking women into the UK for sexual use is at all legal in the UK.
I'm also unsure that having sex with a girl under 17 is legal if that girl might feel that her abuser is in a position of dominance or superiority over her.
Doesn't a Duke have some kind of real or imagined superiority over a cloakroom attendant from a Trumpian palace?

Re: Andrew to the Tower?
UP, agree, though it depends who made the arrangement and whether the client was party to the transaction; now that could be a can of worms*.
Whatever the case at the time, I think UK law has caught up and the client today would be guilt whether knowing or not knowing.
* I read a book about the theory, if you open a can of worms, you need a bigger can to put them back in. It was something like ZYM..... etc but I couldn't remember.

Re: Andrew to the Tower?
Andrew comes out of this looking terrible, but none of the other parties, including the girl- have anything to be proud of.
Re: Andrew to the Tower?
She was just doing what she was for, AK. Probably doing it quite well, too.

Indeed, Boac.
Certainly to some extent exploited, possibly a victim.
But also a willing participant!
Ya can't have it allways!

Re: Andrew to the Tower?
He almost certainly bonked her. She was of legal age in the UK and was remunerated for it. I know HRH can be a bit of a prat I have witnessed it first hand but he doesn't deserve this treatment. I mean he is RN. Give him a break.

On my own...
Re: Andrew to the Tower?
It seem randy Andy was merely following the family tradition

Think this has more going for it Ex-A, "Permission to lay alongside", or similar.

Re: Andrew to the Tower?
Illegal in NY, legal in UK? I think if he knew she was 'trafficked ' then illegal here too, but prove he didn't know, assuming the allegation of sex is true?
How about that smile though? Was she just so pleased to meet a real charming Prince? If this is before the alleged sex fine but i f it was post then why she does look so happy.

Re: Andrew to the Tower?
"Lunch with the FT" last weekend was with Fergie. She said she knows Andrew is innocent "because he told her he was." Phew! Close-run thing, that. Glad we can call off the investigation, now...
Re: Andrew to the Tower?
Given her smiling face on images of them both together, might be hard to argue "'t'was under duress". Or didn't she get paid enough.

There's always been whores.

And regrets.
"But honey, they made me do it. I had no choice"
"Well sue them dear, it's rape, and we can use the money."
"Certainly Mam, no win no fee, I expect we will get $$$$$$$"
