Boris was effing useless as mayor of London. By permitting ghastly 'prestige' buildings as a result of back-handers he ruined London's skyline and destroyed the riversides. As a Londoner I weep when I see the Cheesegrater, Walkie-Talkie, Dildo etc., and buildings overhanging the Thames. The hideous ugliness was a foretaste of what he would be like as PM.
