Maybe it is all we can handle....and maybe it's not a bad thing....strategic alliances and all that perhaps....What's Jacinda gunna say to Xi when he decides to visit with Nuke powered vessels? ...Chuck him a Lamb appeasement chop?

We have found that strategic alliances are expensive and worthless.
