An old friend of mine has wrangled a cushy number working with the US State Department and he is asking my advice..
His department is tangling with contradictions, such as they must assist the fight against genocide and land grabbing in Ukraine and at the same time support Israel. He knows the orthodox course of action to take in such situations is to start another war elsewhere, but where? Attack Iran, invade DPRK (aka North Korea) or light the fuse somewhere in Africa or South America?

After the shooting of a right wing politician in Madrid last month, I'd suggest stirring up the multiple parties vowing for succession from Spain: Catalans, Basques, Andalusians. As ever the USA could back the wrong side, but no idea who that is. Andorra ? Good duty-free shops and tax status.
Incidentally I share a birthday with Charlie Puigdemont, the Catalan leader in exile. We are both awkward bastards.

It won't achieve much if they don't win.
Given recent US performance, I would suggest either Liechtenstein, or Vatican City.
L. is undoubtedly up to its eyeballs in Russian Oligarch funds, and the Pope keeps spouting BS that aids putin and Hamas.
..and with the usual USAF targeting and language excellence, they'll probably take out Luxembourg as well, as a bonus for the rest of us.
