Sunstone continues to put on weight. He and his big "brother" tap paws through the bars of his door. Vaccination day next Monday, where after he can frolic with bigger cats to his heart's content.
He is going to be a furry ginger cat.

There's a reason puppies and kittens are cute. Given some of what they get up to, if they looked like cockroaches, they'd get squished.

Cat vaccinated yesterday. Came home, slept all afternoon. Woke this morning, usual hyperactive self. Weight now 850gms. Next cebration will be reaching a kilo.

Jess the Border Terrier relaxes after a busy day. The highlight for her was a close confrontation with a Maine Coon Tabby about her size - she didn't back down.

One has a new addition to the family, a rescue from a recent wild fire here, her whole home was lost, and she was found in the fire area, she is only about 4-5 weeks old. Meet Triscuit:

I would assume they get emotional when they meet up if separated for some time? Or not?

Rubus and Tesla remember each other and howled in greeting when she first came into the room. Sadly he has osteosarcoma, so his days are numbered. One of the unfortunate things about the breed is that there are a couple of nasty cancers that take too many dogs too young. Kepler lives with her mother, and only really knows her father as an occasional acquaintance. I think he'd retired by the time she got her champion title so I'm not sure they ever appeared in the same ring more than once.
