I like the way the door is open. Almost as if one of the crew wanted to have a look to check how far in they were. Other pictures show the rear door on the LH side is also open, so I I assume they got out of that one.

Maybe the F/O was doing a spot of fishing whilst the Captain filled out the accident report.
