Nothing more yet from Bristow but AviationHeadlines.com reports this:
One person was killed and another is missing after a helicopter operating between Galliano and Venice crashed into the Gulf of Mexico Sunday, authorities said.

Bristow Group Inc., which owns the a Bell 407 helicopter with registration number N577AL, said the rotorcraft was carrying one passenger and one crew member. Neither were identified by authorities.

The Coast Guard responded to the crash about 1:42 p.m., and the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office was also assisting in the rescue, said Coast Guard Petty Officer Lexie Preston of the New Orleans District.
