It seems the helicopter was a German registered Bell 206 LongRanger.

A Bell 206L-3 LongRanger III (D-HOTT) and an Aeroprakt A22L Foxbat (EC-GU1) were involved in a mid-air collision accident over Inca, Mallorca,
The Foxbat is a two seat ultralight aircraft. It appears that the mid-air occurred within sight of Son Bonet airfield at an altitude of less than 1000 feet. A Mark 1 eyeball failure somewhere in this sad accident as Son Bonet does not appear to be equipped with radar as a GA and leisure commercial traffic field.
