I've always wondered about that with the increasing number of ladies aboard spacecraft.

How can the ladies go to the restroom in their typical groups of four?

The X-37B is a pretty good military replacement for the SR-71 and, indeed, the Space Shuttle itself although its payload is obviously somewhat limited. It appears to be more like a miniature version of the Russian Buran in that it operates and lands autonomously.

Of course the Shuttle and the Buran were obviously also primarily military space vehicles as the video below highlights.

I am surprised that both the US army and navy haven't demanded their own version of the X-37B given the internecine strife that seems to bedevil the forces when it comes to weapons systems.

Ah, ian - but that assumes you know more about the X-37 than most of us :))

No, but the local airline that has the Johannesburg to Margate route, uses Beechcraft 1900's!

If ian16th is referring to Cemair, as I think he is, then you cross your fingers...

Miles van der Molen and Cemair

I say this on the basis of ian16th's very interesting thread here...

Yep!

Mr. Miles van der Molen has a rather colourful history.

His Beech 1900's often seem to have trouble when chartered out to odd places in Africa.
