Maybe a steward’s handbag was left in the aft galley oven, a popular practice in protecting such items from light-fingered SLF?

Heehee! No, cargo only, bm. But you have to feel sorry for Ethiopian, whatever the circumstances of the fire. They and Boeing just don't seem to go well together, somehow...
