If you mean the pilots, I think they were pretty much exonerated due to serious deficiencies with lighting and taxyway markings at JNB.

Actually not sure what happened to the crew in that one TGG, but after the BA38 fiasco I think that the management are a bit more understanding and the BA2276 in Vegas was one week before the skipper was due to retire and so BA feted him as a bit of a hero without having to worry about it too much.

The 038 skipper was eventually reinstated and is still flying with BA.
