Widow of helicopter crash victim calls for industry-wide safety changes

Someone in the newsroom thinks that the cockpit and cabin wreckage looks like an 'engine' - dear oh dear. Downdrafts in the vicinity of a mountain maybe, but I shouldn't speculate.
Another 6 passenger accident in a 350, but at least crews should now be using actual passenger weights, restricting the double front seat passenger weights and with luck doing proper c of g calculations. How it has taken the TAIC 7 years to reach its findings beggars belief. I'm sure the pilot gave a much more professional assessment of the accident events than has been reported here.

One would certainly hope so, but if not, no wonder!
