A new definition for "Reliable Services"
A spokeswoman for EasyJet said in a statement: ‘We are very sorry for the late notice of some of these (hundreds of) cancellations and inconvenience caused for (tens of thousands of) customers booked on these flights, however we believe this is necessary to provide reliable services over the period."

It is a bit like unemployment statistics - for those without a job it is 100% so it is for those whose flights have been cancelled.

Arrived into Manchester on Easyjet on Thursday 20 minutes early and then had to wait twenty-five minutes until a dispatcher was available to come and open the door and let us out!!
