I am curious as to whether ;

1) Was the weather radar serviceable?
2) Was it switched on and suitably configured for the phase of flight?
3) Was the crew monitoring it and acting IAW the information?

During my short 4 decades in the biz I have heard some very strange tales about our colleagues!
