Engine failures on take-off
Three new 737 Max 9's have this week experienced engine failures on take off, two United at Denver and Chicago aborted on the runway with multiple tyre failures due to heavy braking, and one Ryanair on climb out from Spain to Germany which had to return. And a catering truck has driven into a Ryanair 737-800 at Stansted.

I would venture that world wide not an unusual day, the last two are a fairly normal shift where I worked. Catering truck more common that an engine.
