What it will take for Europeans to say enough is enough?
Re: What it will take for Europeans to say enough is enough?
One of the more positive changes that have taken place here in Oz, is that they are no longer referred to as "Refugees", they are now referred to as "Migrants" in TV news clips. May seem small, but it has the potential to remove the emotive aspect that gets "huggy-fluffies" hot under the collar.

I think the Strines have got the right idea with their policy of shipping illegals to a concentration camp in Nauru.
Europe should set up an archipelago of such camps in places such as as Northern Finland, Gruinard, St Kilda and of course Libya.

As OZ has shown, once you cut off easy access along with the welfare spigot, the problem is solved. Why so many enlightened nations have not figured this out has boggled my mind most of my adult life.

Yes I think Oz has done it right. However I've been told the crazy left wing faggots of the ALP are itching to have that changed.

For the Strines being a criminal was a pre-requisite to migration.

A long-haired and tattoo-covered friend of mine arrived at immigration in Sydney and he was asked if he had a criminal record. He replied "why, is it necessary to get in ?" This was deemed less than amusing by the Authorities.

It's just possible that they had heard that before.

One side says, "We've got a problem."
The other side says, "No we don't."
I'm on the side that says, "We've got a problem."
Importing Muslim immigrants brings murder, rape, mayhem, and cultural hostility. This has been shown. Only the oblivious can't see it.
I find it remarkable that Germany, which I had regarded as the most ordered society I ever encountered, surrendered.

Would a change of Chancellor bring about a reversal of immigration policy?
Is it too late?

The damage is already done. A reversal of policy will only slow down the severity of the crash.

I don't have any direct contact with refugees, however my belief is that any immigrant who is not a genuine fugitive from persecution should be returned (difficult if the immigrant has destroyed evidence of their origin).
Put my belief another way, any immigrant who has genuinely been the victim of terror in their home country deserves to be treated with compassion.
I am old enough to remember 'displaced persons' from WWII and, even as a child (or, perhaps because I was a child) I had empathy for their plight.
I befriended a Polish Prisoner of War that I saw standing at the bus stop outside my house (he was on day release from the nearby prisoner of war camp), and invited him in for tea (several times) and sent parcels to his family, even after he had returned 'home'.
The 'criminals' that are forcing their way into Europe and disrupting the civilisation that they infiltrate should be deported - even if it means dropping them onto a beach in Libya.

Destroyed evidence of origin is a huge problem. The girls from Eastern Europe standing at the sides of roads in Spain carry no papers. They are usually locked up for one night and then allowed out as they cannot be deported, despite the fact that their last European country was invariably France. Where they are not tolerated.
Re: What it will take for Europeans to say enough is enough?
The girls from eastern Europe are not a big problem, it's the vile thugs controlling and abusing them. In any case, from what I've seen of those girls, there aren't many places where they could hide any papers, and I think there would be something very fishy about any that they might produce.

Cape, they hide documents and Other Necessaries behind a convenient bush or in some local undergrowth. For a month or so after the anti-soliciting law was passed the police would search the ground near where the Ladies of Joy practiced their trade, but have now given up bothering arresting anyone* as the girls are back on the street the next day.

Re: What it will take for Europeans to say enough is enough?
I've never had much of a problem with prostitution itself, similar to my take on recreational drug prohibition, so long as its a free and consensual exchange between the participants.
I do, though, have a huge problem with the associated human trafficking associated with the trade, as well as an uneasiness about the probability that vulnerable young women are forced to do not only prostitution but made to make pornography. The whole business, I think, is morbid and psychically devastating. Life should be better than that.
Likewise with drugs. People make free choices to use them, but it's inescapable that drug dependence costs all of us in terms of associated crime and rehabilitation resources consumed, paid for by the public generally. Further, there are too many dead Mexican bodies turning up every single day due to America's seemingly insatiable appetite for opioids, illegal drugs, and the profits they generate. Something's wrong with the way we've dealt with it. It's not working for anyone except the drug lords.

Well, the reform of the asylum system collapsed today, leaving Junkers and the European Commission with egg on their faces.
