Quiz 3-19
Re: Quiz 3-19
Excellent Quiz, thanks.
I did it late at night in a cabin on a Greek Island ferry with very poor connectivity, my excuse for the paucity of my answers. All the others I could have answered have gone, leaving just this :
57 : Mutt Lange, the Northern Rhodesia born husband of Canadian singer Shania Twain. I think his actual nationality is or was South African or Namibian, he was generally considered a South Wester.

Congrats Smeagol. Thanks again for the quiz Stoneboat. I learn something new every time - whether I remember it is another matter.
Thanks also for the music. Re #42 - must've heard the Josh Ritter song on CBC Music new plays in March while Mr Fox was out lumberjacking.

You are very welcome TB. It's nice to know I am not alone with CRS disease. Another good bar band that's starting to get a bit of airplay is Justin Rutledge. They're from Kapuskasing, which is probably a good place to be from.

Re: Quiz 3-19
I must add my thanks to Stoneboat for another great quiz. I have enjoyed them and this time got in early, hence the higher score. Well done to all who took part and I am sure that most would have got many answers that I did, I just happened to get them first!

+1 For well done.
How about some older music questions next time? From when guitars were only something in the rhythm section.

Last time I heard someone say the Baroque era was the music teacher at high school. We all thunk it was during a time when musicians were penniless.
For us still-young-at-hearters Stone could you throw in some Mark Knopfler and Stevie Ray Vaughn? The Ink Spots are about as far back as I care to go.
