We have had boy cats, apart from a tendency to pee everywhere they were less trouble.
Misty is the most difficult cat we have ever lived with, she is most affectionate and appears to genuinely like being with us, but is just so badly behaved with violent tendencies. Think of a feline Villanelle.

Here she is, planning her next attack.

Getting quite big now at a confident guess of 6 months this or last week.

Nice to see one that fits under the seat. Our puppies were already too big at 8 weeks, some were even too heavy (20lb limit).

Looks cute but from the expression on the face, your doom is being plotted.

Everthing is taller than a dachshund, even a Chihuahua. Not all dogs are as long though.

Hello everybody

I am a stray piece of pussy, a neutered tom, of indeterminate age and of unknown provenance. I am probably about 10 years old but even the vet doesn't know. I must have had a bad start in life because I am cantankerous and evil and I can turn into a hissing scratching ball of fury in a second. My male slave found that out very quickly when he tried to put me in the bath because I was covered in dirt and he said I stank. He still has the scars on his arms.

About 7 years ago I adopted Mr and Mrs Capetonian as my new slaves. He didn't want me and told her not to let me into the house and feed me or I'd never go away. He doesn't like cats although I'm told on the quiet that he is quite fond of pussy.

Of course he was right, as soon as I'd found a source of food and a warm sofa to sleep on, I didn't go away, except as and when it suited me to go walkabout and I would disappear for weeks on end, scrounging and sleeping rough, then turn up at my home for food. I would scratch and howl outside until they let me in, march around demanding food, and then piss off with my tail in the air, until it suited me to go back for another feed.

Anyway, to get to the point, my female slave is away for the weekend, and it's been pissing with rain for about three days, so I haven't moved off the sofa except to go out to answer the calls of nature and to have a feed. Nor has he.

The house is in a mess, empty beer bottles on the table and so on. He forgot to feed me yesterday but I got my revenge at about 4 o'clock this morning by scratching and howling outside his bedroom door until he relented and tried to find my food, but he didn't even know where it was kept, as feeding is part of my female slave's duties.

Eventually I showed the halfwitted idiot where my food is kept, and he got one of the bags and scooped a couple of cupfulls into my bowl. I gave it, and him, that look of disdain that only a cat can achieve, and tried to tell him it wasn't food, it was cat litter which is quite inedible.

Thankfully, my female slave gets back tomorrow. I won't let her leave me with him again for a while. It's time I put my foot down.

Thank you for listening to my rant. He should probably have posted it under 'rant of the day'

Brilliant. Personally I think you got away with minimal punishment.
