6 pickled herring fillets, rinsed and cut into 1 cm pieces
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 shallot, finely diced
half an apple, diced
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 tbsp chopped dill
Slices of buttered Danish rye bread
Awesome!!!

SWMBO has decided I've to fettle a lasagne, so the meat sauce is simmering away happily as I type. Salad and bread on the side, then a baked apple for afters. I hear and obey.

Dunno what our guest is making, thus far she has chopped some Pancetta, chopped some mushrooms, quartered some Garlic cloves, there are new spuds in a pan and a lemon and two chicken breasts are on the worktop as is some salad, it's anybody's guess.

A 12 hour day including sea swimming, work, a 200k round trip for medical treatment....and I still managed to put together a Mousaka... ...Jnr Fliegs loves egplant / aubergine ...so great stuff and there is leftovers for both Jnr & Mrs Fliegs...
