Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Are Trinidad & Tobago deemed to be 'in' South America?

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
I would call them Caribbean Ian. I was heading for the former British Honduras but I see I am wrong.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
I think that we have been through all the British colonies. OK now guessing, Venezuela. Been there but can't remember.
Edit, wrong.

Don't know why I thought of Peru but just checked it before I made a complete prat of myself and it seems to be correct.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Belize is technically in Central America, but they do drive on the right because of the neighbours apparently.
I was very surprised when I found out about this myself, during a visit there.
USEFUL CLUE: The country concerned is not a former British Colony, but it is a former colony.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Hmmmm, dunno where they got that from. I've driven in Peru, and it was definitely on the right! That said, I and my Beetle came close to being written off once, as one lorry was in the process of cresting a hill whilst overtaking another on a two-lane road, so it could be said that they drive on the left!

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
If you look on Google Maps street view, everybody is driving on the wrong side of the road!
Or maybe the Car Hire Co. meant LHD cars!

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Ask RiS who drives in the middle. Certainly on our island.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
Of course, there are countries where it's not clear on which side of the road they drive because vehicles are all over the place.

Re: Trivia Question of the Day
The former Portuguese colony of Mozambique, also drive on the left, simply because all the countries around them do!
