Didn't seem quickly, I called them nymphs first, there's a lot of nymphs, then I noticed the wings and changed to angels.

I think that is Shekou Mermaid Statue in Shenzhen.
Been in data comm since we formed the bits individually with a Morse key.

Golf courses make me think of the Algarve, google implies you can rent gyrocopters at Faro Airport.
Been there once, for 45 minutes, many years ago (probably a VC10 when the Tridents had wing structural problems, 1970s).
