Wingless, legless, same thing.

PN - SOP in the 60s, bar set and off to a mate's quarter for eggy bacon sarnies. Of course we were always VERY QUIET so as not to disturb the lucky Missus while we consumed all the bacon, eggs and bread just bought for the weekend.
The end of the Chipmunk EFT at Church Fenton made us slightly higher than mere scrotes so we went to the pub with some of our instructors. One took us back to his MQ for egg butties. Toss over a couple of eggs he said - when they both finished on the kitchen floor I had to hand the task to my chum. His wife was very nice and patient about it, having seen similar antics many times.

Re: Friday Jokes
Charlie was installing a new door and found that one of the hinges was missing, so he asked his wife if she would go to the DIY store and pick one up; she agreed.
While she was waiting for the manager to finish serving a customer, she spotted a beautiful tap.
When the manager was finished, Mary asked him, "How much is that bath tap?"
The manager replied, "Well, it's gold plated and the price is £450."
Mary replied, "Wow, that is a very beautiful tap, but it's definitely out of my price bracket."
She then described to the manager the hinge that Charlie had sent her to buy, and he went into the storeroom to get one.
From the storeroom the manager shouted. "Do you wanna screw for the hinge?"
Mary paused for a moment and then shouted back, "NO, but I will for the bath tap."
That is why you should never send a woman to a DIY store!

Re: Friday Jokes
We had a kitchen clock, ugly thing, black wooden tree trunk with clock set in it. Odd thing, you wound it anti clockwise. My father nicked it from a pub somewhere in the world and could not remember where to return it.
