Another PE phrase springs to mind: ".... discussing Ugandan Matters... "?

Ah! Indeed, James Fenton has a lot to answer for.

A Royal watching journalist says it is the start of the end. Staying in hotel rooms, no engagement ring, no press release on their 5th anniversary. What will he do ?

Indeed, what will he do?? Think that I made a post on this thread quite some time back, asking the question; When it all falls apart and he is on his own again, would he come crawling back to `the Firm` or end up living quietly by himself in some remote part of the UK?

Comments anyone?

Re: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
Must admit I had never heard of the place:
Yes a good idea FD2. He shouldn't get up to too much trouble there.no pubs or bars, there is not even a shop to buy basic supplies from
Realistically he will be given a cottage at Windsor and do a Prince Andrew. He dropped all his old mates so they will not be interested. No one to party with. Just smoke and snort in a corner of Windsor.

Do you think he would carry on his excellent work with disabled servicemen?

Actually I think that he would.

Re: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
As an aside, ex A may not know, Foula uses the Julian Calendar, albeit with one day incorrect.
Often "circum flew" it, low level, in the "budgie" before landing at Sumburgh, just because we was bored.

Our Navigator would have directed us to Foula. It wasn't on his chart. We bought him a school atlas.
No names, except his nickname was Parrot Strangler.
For Harry I think North Rona would be better.

Re: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
I see the Sussexes didn't turn up yesterday to receive some made-up award for a podcast that nobody heard, at some ceremony the name of which I instantly forgot, because the first mention of Meghan's name was on page five of some program or other, making her seem less important than she thinks she is. (Perhaps one of our colleagues who thinks the matter 'important' could supply the details I can't be bothered to...)
Re: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
Plenty of space here for all the replies to that, Sir.

I find that when I get really annoyed at what I consider to be annoying or fatuous remarks the best thing is to click on the little spanner icon next to 'post reply' and unsubscribe from the topic. Hey presto, no more annoyance!

Court is in session in the USA to get sight of Ginge's immigration papers. We will know soon if he put drug user on them. My bet that he didn't on 'er advice. In this case he could be slung out. Wonder if she was banking on this. She stays he goes. Problem solved for 'er. FedEx rings to Windsor and that is the end of it.

Apparently we need someone to guard Rockall in case the Bogtrotters or the other EUrocrats attempt to lay claim to it in the event of oil being discovered nearby?
Is that remote enough?

Make him guard Phuqall, cos that's all he'll be fit for if the Grasper ditches him.

Re: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
Seems that Ginge wants to go and meet her father. Seems that she is far from happy. Another night in the hotel?

Re: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex
Maybe he wants to ask if he'll take her back?
