'Tails' from Vienna
'Tails' from Vienna
This should be interesting - Austrian Airbus, but not much information so far!

Thanks for that, Wod. It becomes even more curious, as a lamppost appears to have rushed forward and rammed the back of the wing................
Obviously a bit more of this 'tail' to come. - Wodrick

There is 'cos looking and thinking it's the wrong lump of Stabilizer unless the photo has got mirrored in the processing. (Airbridges usually on the Port side)
Nasty repair coming up too, that second picture the wing looks kinked inboard of the wing tip assembly.

First picture: not enough speed tape was applied so it fell off.
Because they stand on the wall and say "nothing's gonna hurt you tonight, not on my watch".

Off Topic
The airline reported that no passengers or crew were on board during the mishap.
The accident may have happened as follows, the aircraft was moved to the outer row stand of parking after arrival, but the aircraft's brakes were not applied and wheel chocks were not put on the main wheels, after which the aircraft independently took off on the platform and collided with the passenger bridge and the light pole with the consequences as shown in the pictures.

A few ramp positions and probably a supervisor position as well opening up in Vienna perhaps?
