Yes I've noticed that too but it seems alright today from this end.

The servers get their time signals off satellites. When there is a slippage along the equator those to the north can lose up to 30 mins, which they then have to catch up with by a gradual creep, hoping that no one will notice. Bit like those old school tin globes where the top and bottom bits are manufactured separately and then stuck together. If done incorrectly Singapore can end up connected to Borneo.

Yes there was a little "the current time is...." at the top left of the front page but it was 30 mins slow. It is now correct.
