Johnson screwed Arlene Foster, and NI, soundly up the arse with his lies and half baked Brexit deal, and now they are squabbling, as ever amongst themselves, which will only serve to further submerge their already sunk economy. Plus ca change, stupidity, bigotry and hubris being what it is and its own reward!tango15 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 17, 2021 10:13 pmIt's now been moved (correctly) to NI. Amersham and Chesham result is exactly what the UK needed.
However the media has failed to realise that, or mention, that many of the electorate in that constituency, rely on a family member or know one who works in the airline industry at Heathrow or Luton and are being shafted by Bozo's blue boys.
It is a major factor.

One has to find some prophylactic that is equal to Boris "Spaffer" Johnson's drivel (or should that be dribble)!Pontius Navigator wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 10:09 amI understand that is an accepted form of contraception in some places.TheGreenGoblin wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 2:01 amJohnson screwed Arlene Foster, and NI, soundly up the arse with his lies and half baked Brexit deal,

We used to talk about a 'French Letter', but that was before Brexit.

Michael Deacon
In the Commons, Rishi Sunak was talking about an issue that was clearly close to his heart. “We are encouraging employers of all sizes to take on new apprentices through our hiring incentive,” he beamed. “There has never been a better time for employers to help turbocharge our economy and hire an apprentice!”
Mr Sunak’s enthusiasm was understandable. After all, he’s the beneficiary of a similar scheme himself. Less than 18 months ago, Mr Sunak was a fresh-faced young man who, despite his lack of previous experience, was taken on when an opportunity unexpectedly arose for a new Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Determined to show that his employer was right to take a chance on him, Mr Sunak has worked hard, demonstrated a positive attitude, and been willing to learn on the job. Like any young apprentice eager to get on, he always takes care to dress smartly, follow instructions and smile politely at his boss’s ideas.
But now, after numerous glowing performance reviews, his apprenticeship is surely complete. Reportedly, Mr Sunak is keen to mount the next rung of his career ladder – as soon as a suitable vacancy materialises.
Hancock goes at last

Is Hancock totally screwed? BoJo said of his resignation that he still had a future in public service.
He is a proven hypocrite if not a proven liar. He is the epitome of all we dislike about politicians.
Would Boris dare give him a new job? Would he get reelected? Who would dare give him a seat on a board?
David Cameron should let him borrow his shepherd's hut and leave the Webley in an unlocked drawer.

FOIA is so easily circumvented by miscreants in so many ways that it is practically useless as a tool for the public to probe into gumment malfeasances.
Using Gmail to circumvent that law is child's play.

He has been minister for ever. Now the lid has been prized off the can.......
Heard Nick Ferrari saying he thought things had got bad in last 5 years. What about during the 80s and 90s with the likes of Hamilton and Archer, or Hoon Et Al with some going to jail

According to the BBC, the camera in Hancock's office was not 'covertly' installed which raises a few more questions.
(OK - I know the answer) Was he that stupid that he hadn't noticed or didn't think before grasping the bird?
Other ministers firmly state there are 'no cameras' in their offices. OK, then why in Hancocks?

Was he that stupid....... I think we've known that since his first briefing.
Re: WTF is happening in the UK?
From the FT:
"An inquiry by the health department has begun into who originally introduced the CCTV camera in the health secretary’s private office at least four years ago.
A photograph from 2017 shows the same camera in the same place on the ceiling, soon after the department moved into its current premises in Victoria Street in central London.
The findings about the origins of the camera, which has now been switched off and taped up, will not be made public.
Government officials said privately they believe the images were leaked after someone who worked in the department contacted an anti-lockdown campaigner to try to place them in the media in return for a fee.
Emcor, the US company that provides security for the health department, has refused to answer detailed questions. According to analysis by Tussell, Emcor has secured 19 UK government contracts, including with councils and the NHS, worth £171m since 2010."
